ABOUT LUNA BLOOM:
Luna Bloom is owned and created by Jenny, a mom of three wonderful little girls, proud wife to her side kick Nick, desert dweller, and lover/creator of art. Living nestled deep in the Sonoran desert, Jenny and her amazing family love to draw in inspiration from the wildlife, sunsets, full moons, starry nights, and all the magic that the desert has to offer. Each hat is thoughtfully designed and hand painted by Jenny.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What is the cost of your hats? Hats typically cost anywhere from $260-$300. Other special hat releases may cost less or more depending on the style of the hat. Just about every payment method is accepted, and AFTERPAY and SHOP PAY is offered for those that want to purchase a hat now, but pay over time.
Why aren’t there any hats on your website? I release new hats every other Friday at 10:00am AZ time and they sell out quickly. I always suggest setting an alarm as a drop day reminder. However, I sometimes offer other limited hats and surprise drops ever so often (I announce these in IG stories). You can check my Instagram bio @thelunabloomlife for exact drop dates.
What size are your hats? All of my hats are specially designed with an adjustable inner band to accommodate most head shapes/sizes. Typically hats fit sizes S-L, however some hats can run a bit larger/smaller. I always suggest following on instagram and DMing about a specific hat you have your eye on, that way I can give you more information on fit.
Where can I preview the next hat release? The full line up of hats that will be available for the newest drop will be posted to my IG stories the Thursday evening before a drop day (drops take place every other Friday).
When does shipping take place? Shipping takes place Tuesday-Friday the following week after a drop. I currently offer free shipping within the United
States. I'm working to expand to international shipping really soon, so keep checking back and thank you for your patience!
Can I cancel my order? Please note that order cancellations are not accepted. Due to the quick-selling nature of the hats on drop days, I know it can sometimes be difficult to score one. Many of you are having someone else try to help you score a hat by logging into the site on another computer, and that's totally cool with me! However, in the event that both of you score a hat, be it the same hat or
different, I will no not offer order cancellations, it's not fair for myself or others who were trying to score. I don't have a normal website that carries active inventory all the time, and in the past this scenario was something that was happening on every drop day, and it causes me significant issues on the back end. If you want more than one hat and you seek help, that's totally fine, please just know that whatever hats you and your cart buddy purchase are final orders, I will not be offering cancellations for the scenario listed above, or any other reason. Can I change my address? Yes, please email us with address changes as soon as possible, if your package has already shipped, there is nothing we can do unfortunately. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, it’s the best way to ensure that there will be no issues with your package. Thank you!
Ho do I care for my new hat? My hats are all hand painted by me using high quality materials and are meant to be worn, general love and care keep these hats lasting forever. IE - spot treat clean if need be, store/hang them on a flat surface, wear them often because it keeps them happy :)
What if my hat arrives with the brim or crown bent/dented? We take utmost care when preparing your hat for shipment. Each hat is hand steamed perfectly flat and in proper shape, however, it is near impossible at times for a hat not to get get a little out of shape on its journey to you. Luckily, this is an easy fix! There are two methods that I always recommend and work like a charm.
1. You can use a steamer and gently steam the non-painted side of your hat and just smooth out any dents/bends.
2. As silly and easy as this sounds, if your brim is bent, putting it on a flat surface (your table, counter, etc) and placing heavy objects (I usually use books) around the brim and letting it sit overnight does the trick.
Can I order a custom hat? I do not offer any customs at this time.

Due to the nature of the product all orders are final sale, no returns/exchanges are accepted.
PLEASE NOTE, I do not under any circumstances accept or issue cancellations. Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled/refunded.
We understand that scoring a hat is not always easy, so you might ask others to help you to try and purchase a hat. However, if you do choose to have someone help you purchase a hat on drop day, in the event that both of you score, you are responsible for the purchases of BOTH hats, even if it is the exact same hat. We offer zero cancellations so please, do this at your own risk.
